Last month’s installer show was a huge success. 10,000 unique attendees and a 119% rebook of the exhibition stands were matched by a 200% increase in scans of visitors from exhibitors at the show.
With these impressive figures, it is possible to overlook the success of the elemental content theatres which featured for the first time at the show this year.
Housing Associations, Local Authorities, developers, consultancies, the retail, travel, and leisure industries all sent visitors looking for advice and education about how to adopt new technologies to improve the sustainability of their buildings.
As well as braving the national rail strikes to sit in theatres at the show in June, we have seen a marked increase in registrations for our Installer and elemental webinars, most recently looking at decarbonising schools on the 5th July.
It really shows that in the post-covid world, if the educational content is good, people will come to it, whether it is live or digital. Both can be effective. At a time of massive change when it comes to best use of energy, heating, and water, good advice has never been so keenly sought.
