Brand ambassadors in focus at InstallerSHOW 2026
If mingling with the world’s greatest darts players was on your bucket list, then Ally Pally in December is the only place you need to be. Sure, you might see a few of the players knocking about at one of the less prestigious events, but for a combination of star power and a fantastic atmosphere, Ally Pally truly has no competition. This isn’t just an excuse for me to write about darts though, it’s to illustrate that InstallerSHOW is the most exciting place in the calendar for the trades, and not just for products and innovation, but for people.
In particular, it’s the place to see the biggest and most influential voices in the sector all under one roof. Want a selfie with PB Plumber? Head to InstallerSHOW. Itching to meet Danny Madden in person? Head to InstallerSHOW. Dying to see The Ginger Mason crafting something incredible right in front of you? Head to InstallerSHOW.
Across the show floor, you’ll find leading installers, tool reviewers, heating engineers, electricians, carpenters, and content creators from all corners of the construction trades who have built huge followings by sharing real, on-site experience. These aren’t distant industry commentators, they’re working tradespeople who understand the pressures of the job because they live it every day. InstallerSHOW brings them together in a way no other event does.
The Brand Ambassador Hub – sponsored by ITS – is at the heart of all this. In hall 3A, surrounded by tool manufacturers, construction product innovation, live demos, and the two-storey Haus, the hub is where visitors can hear ambassadors talking about the products they actually use, explaining why they rate certain features, and describing how they run a successful business alongside smashing it as content creators. It’s one thing to watch a review video; it’s another to stand a few feet away and hear the ambassadors in person. The Brand Ambassador Hub creates a space where conversations flow naturally, between ambassadors, brands, and tradespeople.
And it doesn’t stop there. Many of the industry’s biggest influencers will be appearing in the content theatres throughout the five – yes, five! – halls at the NEC. They’ll be sharing insights, debating big topics, and talking honestly about business, tools, social media, pricing, mental health, and the future of the trades. It’s not polished corporate messaging, it’s real conversation. And it doesn’t happen anywhere in the same way. It’s like Luke Littler hitting a 170 finish in the final at Ally Pally. It doesn’t get better than this.
