Property Energy Professionals Association (PEPA)

Description

The Property Energy Professionals Association (PEPA) is a trade body which represents the six Government appointed accreditation schemes for energy assessors in England and Wales. All Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Air Conditioning Inspection Reports (ACIRs)produced in England and Wales are lodged through PEPA members onto the Government Registers. Members of the Association also operate in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

PEPA works closely with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). PEPA also works with Ofgem, the Energy Savings Trust, the British Energy Efficiency Federation and TrustMark, and participates in manyenergy efficiency working groups and stakeholder forums.
