Dabalox is a **UK-based climatetech software startup** whose goal is to *reduce the time taken to perform a heat pump installation by reducing the time installers spend answering questions by 15%*.
The **Dabalox app** runs in modern browsers and can also be installed as a **Progressive Web App (PWA)** on desktops, laptops, or mobiles. It allows installers to:
- **Manage their projects**
- **Upload documents** to those projects
- **Record audio conversations** that are automatically transcribed into the relevant project
- Access all this information via the **Assistant page**, where users can interact with the platform through **natural language chat**
The **Dabalox Assistant** is a key feature that lets users interact with all their project data conversationally, with options to set context by selecting specific projects or files, making it easier to get targeted answers.
