Multiple-Spring Anti-Vibration Mounts
The Multiple-Spring Anti-Vibration Mounts range is designed for applications where higher load capacities, stable support and effective vibration isolation are required. These mounts use multiple harmonic steel springs contained between two reinforced steel plates, providing reliable elastic performance for HVAC equipment, industrial machinery and mechanical systems subject to dynamic forces.
The springs are made of harmonic steel UNI EN 10270-1 SH and protected with cataphoretic treatment. The containing plates are made from 5 mm thick steel, galvanised according to UNI ISO 2081 Fe/Zn 12c1A White, and coated with a high-resistance thermoplastic elastomer. This coating offers strong resistance to tearing, atmospheric ageing, ozone, detergents, UV rays and temperatures from -45°C to +110°C.
The plate surface features flexible, anti-slip embossing, helping the loaded mount remain stable by friction while also reducing noise transmission. This makes the range suitable for installations where vibration control, acoustic comfort and long-term stability are all required.
The range includes different configurations such as the RQ series with 5 springs in 3 heights, and the R, RF and G series with 7 springs in 3 heights, allowing selection according to load requirements, installation layout and required deflection. On request, Soleco can provide polyester powder coating according to its RAL chart, as well as galvanised steel or AISI 316 stainless steel jacks and jack-holder plates to facilitate machine levelling and load distribution.
