We carry out the painting process on our own production lines, which are built using machines designed by us. This allows us to maintain full control over every stage of the technological process. This enables us to undertake projects for customers seeking premium services that require high precision and a bespoke approach.

We specialise in painting fasteners such as screws, washers, caps, nails and rivets, as well as other metal components.

As well as large-scale painting, we also carry out small-scale projects, flexibly adjusting the process parameters to meet the specific technical and visual requirements of each one.

There are several advantages of powder coating over conventional solvent-based coatings:

  • Apart from the decorative function, powder coating remarkably improves the corrosion resistance, especially on carbon steel zinc plated surfaces
  • Powder coating can produce much thicker layer than conventional wet painting, without running or sagging
  • After hardening, the coating meets the requirements of colour lasting, gloss stability, UV resistance, as well as abrasion and impact resistance
  • Hardened coating stays flexible and can even absorb significant expansion of the supporting surface, as well as its’ bending or twisting
  • Powder coated surfaces generally have fewer appearance differences between horizontally coated surfaces and vertically coated surfaces, than surfaces painted with solvent-based paints
  • Powder coating overspray can be recycled and thus it is possible to achieve nearly 100% use of the coating, which is much more efficient and more eco-friendly than traditional wet painting
