The High-Deflection Spring Mounts range is designed for demanding vibration isolation applications involving heavy machinery, high operating loads and low excitation frequencies. These conditions are typical of industrial plants, power generation systems, large HVAC installations and offshore applications, where standard anti-vibration solutions may not provide sufficient performance.
Developed to ensure stability, safety and operational continuity, these spring mounts offer high load capacity, large deflection values and custom-engineered configurations according to the specific requirements of the installation. Their robust steel structure, pre-compression system and height adjustment capability allow correct positioning, easier commissioning and controlled load distribution.
The range includes spring anti-vibration mounts for high loads, with steel structures manufactured according to UNI EN 10025 in S235JR or S355JR steel. Load capacity can reach up to 15 tons per mounting point, while high-deflection versions are available with deflection values exceeding 120 mm.
For particularly aggressive environments or severe operating conditions, High-Deflection Spring Mounts can be supplied in special executions, including metallic parts in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, special coatings for corrosive environments from C1 to C5M, NORSOK coating systems for offshore applications, PTFE plates and sliding systems.
They can also be installed on Soleco Inertia Bases, offering an ideal solution for heavy machinery and applications with high operating loads where both structural support and effective vibration isolation are required.
