PURACALCE Line
This line utilizes natural hydrated lime and is tailored for modern eco-builds, passive housing schemes, and contemporary renovation. It provides an extremely breathable and flexible finish that reduces stress and minimizes hairline cracking.
Depending on the substrate (e.g., dry brick, damp stone, timber frame), a typical system cycle includes:
- Undercoat: Ensures uniform substrate absorption and adhesion.
- Base Coat: A breathable, macroporous render layer.
- Reinforcement: Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh embedded in the base coat to minimize tension and cracking.
