1. Substrate Preparation & Screeds

• FASSAFLOOR THERM: A pumpable cement screed with rapid-drying, high mechanical strength, and controlled shrinkage, making it ideal for underfloor heating and cooling systems.
• FASSAFLOOR LA 8.30: An anhydrite and quartz-based self-levelling smooth coating offering high thermal conductivity, specifically engineered for low-thickness heated floor screeds.
• FASSAFLOOR LIGHT 300: A lightweight thermal insulating underlay made from cement and polystyrene, perfect for reducing static load on existing structures
• FASSAFLOOR SV 472 PRO: A fibre-reinforced, fast-drying, and controlled-shrinkage cement screed designed to be pumped by machine for internal and external floors.

2. Self-Levelling Smooth Coats 

• SL 416: A fast-setting, self-levelling smooth coat (1 to 10 mm thickness) for interior floors that is ideal for wooden, stone, resilient, and resinous floor coverings.

3. Primers and Ancillaries

• FASSAFLOOR PRIMERTEK ULTRA: A water-based, solvent-free adhesion promoter and primer formulated with acrylic resins and graded sand, which improves the bonding of cementitious adhesives.
• FASSANET FLOOR: An alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh designed to increase tensile strength and prevent cracking over radiant heating pipes.
