The Elastomeric Vibration Dampers and Anti-Vibration Pads range includes a wide selection of elastomer-based solutions for isolating high-frequency vibrations in HVAC, industrial and mechanical applications. They are particularly suitable for equipment such as generators, transformers, air handling units and other machinery where vibration control, noise reduction and long-term material resistance are required.
Manufactured from recyclable thermoplastic elastomer, these dampers combine elastic performance with high resistance to ageing, pollutants, hydrocarbons, salt mist, UV rays and detergents. The material is designed to operate across wide temperature ranges: from -45°C to +110°C for 35, 45 and 70 ShA hardness levels, and from -55°C to +135°C for 60 ShA versions. Each hardness level is visually identified by the colour of the damper, making product selection and installation easier on site.
The range includes several configurations, from individual elastomeric dampers to anti-vibration pads and strips, allowing the most suitable solution to be selected according to the type of equipment, load distribution and installation requirements. Available series include MNT, SEG, NOCE, PNOCE, MCFT-MCVT, PIEDE, PLACCA, CUSCINETTO C9090, BB-BBS, TPD, STRIPES and AM.
On request, selected versions can be manufactured with UL94-V0 self-extinguishing compound, making the range suitable for applications where enhanced fire behaviour is required. Thanks to their versatility, durability and resistance to demanding environmental conditions, these elastomeric dampers and anti-vibration pads offer a reliable solution for vibration isolation in technical, industrial and HVAC installations.
