The Anti-Vibration Bell Mounts range is a patented Soleco solution designed to provide effective vibration isolation in demanding technical and industrial applications. Each mount is composed of two metal parts, available in galvanised steel or AISI 316 stainless steel, combined with an elastic body in natural rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, depending on the operating environment and performance requirements.
Unlike traditional vulcanised mounts, the Bell Mount design does not require vulcanisation between the components. This allows each anti-vibration mount to be customised more easily and prepared for delivery within a few days, offering greater flexibility for special applications and project-specific requirements.
For sectors such as offshore, sanitary and food applications, Soleco recommends the use of AISI 316 stainless steel combined with a thermoplastic elastomer body. This configuration is suitable for demanding environments and wide temperature ranges: from -45°C to +110°C for 45 and 70 ShA versions, and from -55°C to +135°C for 60 ShA versions.
All Soleco Bell Mounts are equipped with an anti-tear bush, designed to prevent overturning and improve safety in applications subject to dynamic stress. The hardness of the elastic body is identified by the colour of the upper bearing: beige for 45 ShA, red for 60 ShA and black for 70 ShA, making selection and installation easier.
