The Adept AD-RAIL In-Screed Grip Rail Water Underfloor Heating System is a complete kit designed for solid floor, screed, and beam & block installations.
Each kit includes an A-rated circulation pump and WRAS-approved 16mm PERT-AL-PERT multilayer pipe, providing a reliable and efficient underfloor heating solution.
Adept In-Screed Heating Kits are designed for single-zone systems, but they can be easily expanded or adjusted using Adept or Heatmiser controls available in our store.
The system is configured with 200mm pipe centres using grip rails and is designed to deliver a heat output of approximately 100W/m², ensuring consistent and efficient heating performance.
