The Adept AD-CXPS Underfloor Heating System uses a pre-routed XPS board with a cement-coated surface, creating a strong, low-profile heating solution that adds only 18–20mm to the finished floor height. The system can be installed over a wide range of floor bases and is compatible with most floor finishes, making it ideal for both renovation and new-build projects.
Each CXPS board measures 1200 × 600 × 18mm, providing a durable and efficient base for pipe installation while helping to distribute heat evenly across the floor.
