The previous fluid-filled design, which utilised a separate heating element, has been replaced with an advanced dry electric heating system featuring an integrated thermostat and intelligent control functions.
The new Alpine Dry Electric Towel Rail now includes:

- Integrated timer function for improved convenience and energy management
- Low Surface Temperature (LST) mode, keeping the surface temperature below 43 degrees Celsius for required environments.
