Vaillant UK is part of the Vaillant Group worldwide heating and hot water corporation, which will be celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2024. It manufactures at its multi award-winning factory, based at its headquarters in Belper, Derbyshire. Its product portfolio includes gas boilers, heat pumps, controls, and cylinders.
The goal
To host the grand unveiling of the remastered ecoTEC plus boiler and an updated range of controls at InstallerSHOW as part of the strategic launch of the product; to drive data capture from both existing Vaillant installers and those new to the brand; and to create excitement around the new ecoTEC plus ahead of its on sale date.
We knew that cross-platform promotion of the product across the InstallerONLINE and InstallerSHOW brands would reach a receptive and engaged audience, resulting in a bumper attendance at the unveiling.

A tailored campaign
Blending pre-show website and social content – including exclusive reporting from a VIP trip to Vaillant Group’s HQ in Remscheid – with targeted email delivery, an SMS mini-campaign, and notifications via the official InstallerSHOW app, we were able to generate huge buzz among the installer community, culminating a packed crowd at the unveiling itself on the first day of InstallerSHOW 2023.
In addition to the data capture opportunities presented both at the unveiling and throughout the show, we created a bespoke Vaillant landing page to harness interest through our digital platforms – featuring teaser videos to enhance the anticipation.
