Created to provide a Plumb Center branch within the show, visitors to InstallerSCOTLAND can now pick up a bargain from leading suppliers, talk to experts, manage your account or even open a new one.
At InstallerSCOTLAND, the Trading Zone will include many of Plumb Center’s top brands, so visitors can take part in a bit of retail thereapy, but also try out products they might not be familiar with – whether it’s tools, test instruments or trousers!
Bringing the technical helplines of leading manufacturers to InstallerSCOTLAND, this feature launched with great success in 2016 and aims to highlight the benefits of many of the most popular boilers and controls on the market.
Manned by technical experts, the BoilerHELPDESK feature will provide visitors a real chance to get the full lowdown on many of the industry’s premier boilers. Offering installers everything from installation advice to product features, BoilerHELPDESK is a simple but effective resource for visitors who want more information about an appliance – whether it’s about a new product or a long-standing favourite.
GRAHAM CUSTOMER F1RST AREA
The Graham Customer F1rst Area will provide the ideal opportunity for customers to hear about Graham’s exclusive offers, new services, extensive portfolio of products and advice on Graham’s wide range of literature, helping customers to understand and navigate the vast resources of information they have available to them.
From interactive challenges and tests on exhibitors’ stands, to live skills demonstrations on key business areas such as wet rooms and underfloor heating, InstallerSCOTLAND wants to promote the idea of ‘I did that’ rather than ‘I saw that’.
Taking advantage of these opportunities, a huge number of previous visitors (82%) said that they found new products and services, while 84% admitted that they learnt something new about products that they already installed – highlighting that a visit to Installer2017 is undoubtedly a great use of time.
In partnership with Plumbase, InstallerINVENT gives the industry’s inventors the chance to showcase their products to their target audience – heating engineers and plumbers.
The heating and plumbing industry is full of examples of installers who identified a gap in the market and went out and developed their own product to fill it – Chris Adey and his Magnaclean is certainly one that springs to mind. The nature of the job means that hurdles are continually thrown up during the course of an installation, and many installers have created their own hacks to overcome them.
InstallerINVENT offers a selected group of installers the chance to showcase solutions that they have developed to fellow plumbers and heating engineers – a perfect opportunity to gain valuable insight, feedback and support.
With previous participants all going onto bigger and better things – including national distribution deals with merchants and manufacturers – InstallerINVENT can provide the ideal platform to launch new products and solutions.
