Ideal Standard has launched Studio Echo; a new collection of refined ceramics which can be interspersed perfectly with the existing collections that specifiers and installers already work with.

Visitors to the Ideal Standard stand at Installer2018 will be able to get hands on with the Studio Echo, plus have a laugh and take selfie with the “Magic Mirror” that will be there.

Studio Echo is an entirely redesigned version of the best-selling Studio range, which was one of Ideal Standard’s most successful collections of all time. The Echo products build on this by taking inspiration from the aesthetics of its predecessor, albeit with a 21st century twist.

The Studio Echo collection has been designed to withstand the test of time. Each product takes inspiration from the quartic curves of mid-century furniture. However, despite its roots in the past’s beautiful and understated shapes, this collection definitely has a modern feel thanks to its clean, easy-to-live with personality. Each piece will survive decades of use in a busy family bathroom and can be blended with whichever interior design a homeowner opts for.

Studio Echo is more refined than in its past incarnation, mainly thanks to more organic shapes, hidden fixations, a smaller cistern and thinner wrap seats, which all contribute to a lighter appearance.

All the WCs within the collection are water saving and can be flushed at low water volumes. As well as helping the environment, this has the added benefit of saving homeowners money.

The range is comprehensive and concise, with bathroom solutions that can be utilised in cloakrooms, en suites, family bathrooms and even as space-saving solutions.

Ideal Standard has worked with its designer, Robin Levien, to ensure that Studio Echo is compatible in its feel with many of its existing collections. In particular, the range pairs well with Tempo’s neutral yet contemporary furniture and baths, the Tesi baths and the line of Ceraflex fittings, amongst many others.
